Best Cases for the iPad Air

You have yourself a shiny new iPad Air (I just got mine from Apple a week ago) and now you have to get a case.  Maybe you need a keyboard.  Or even a smudge free screen (don’t we all just seem to use the iPad in the oddest places where all these are necessary it seems?)
